Learning to teach has taught me how we learn. I love sharing the bits of knowledge I have collected along the way and in turn finding new ways to help people achieve their goals. So much of what we do is about having the right mindset. Understanding the pitfalls and the risks we take on the path to our achievements gives us the insight we need to make daily decisions such as when to work out, how much weight to load on a bar, when to rest, etc… This is my passion. I enjoy helping people figure out what their solutions are to their problems. We may all have similar goals but each person has their own path to walk. Coaching has taught me to find my own and to help others do the same.
