Our CrossFit program is aimed at guiding you to develop a level of fitness that is as ready for anything as we can hope for. It is our belief that an individual who can run, jump, throw, push, pull and hoist with relative efficiency is best suited for the unknowable nature of everyday life. In our CrossFit classes, you will encounter physical and psychological challenges aimed at developing an overall more resilient individual. No matter what your personal circumstances are there is a place for you in our CrossFit program.
In CrossFit class you will learn how to perform weightlifting movements, basic gymnastic, calisthenics and endurance exercises with the objective of improving your competence across 10 fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
