Our intro class is based on the idea that we need to know more about you as a person in order to guide you towards achieving your goals. In our intro class, our head coach will take the time to ask you a few questions about your lifestyle, profession, goals, level of commitment, nutrition, and background. The coach will instruct you on performing the basic foundational CrossFit movements while assessing your mobility and work capacity. Bring your questions, a bottle of water and a positive attitude.
